Alex is one of the most personable, and knowledgeable guides my work group had the great pleasure of meeting. Over a two week trip, Alex took us all over the beautiful country of Costa Rica. He knew the best places, from restaurants, hotels, nature and wildlife. But beyond that, he also showed us local treasures, like taking us to visit a small farming family who grow their own wine. His knowledge and enthusiasm on wildlife was astounding, he even spotted a quetzal for me, which will go down as one of my most memorable experiences. On top of all of this, Alex is so friendly, and his enthusiasm for what he does is contagious. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to visit the incredible country of Costa Rica.

Alex is by far one of the most professional and informative guides we have ever worked with. We are a production company that travels all over the world and works with hundreds of guides. Alex exceeds them all. He is not only timely, friendly, outgoing, informative and generous but if you want to do something a little outside the ordinary he is your guide. If Alex is unfamiliar with a trail or location he will personally go and scout the trail or location to see if it’s a good option. There is nothing Alex won’t do to make your trip the trip of a lifetime. I cannot say enough great things about him.
